When it comes to your wood floor, there are several techniques out there that may or may not work. In amny cases the solution is not in waht is above the ground, but what is down in the ground. The footers of your home are the most crucial part of a permenant solution. In this crawl space the customer had our Smart Jack system installed that has an engineered footing to make sure the floor level is nice and consistent no matter what the soil does.

The floor system was designed properly at during the original construction. With ongoing moisture the floor system started to sag.
